Bible Code Joke<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr>

A new pastor was visiting in the homes of his parishioners.
At one house it seemed obvious that someone was at home,\u00a0
but no answer came to his repeated knocks at the door.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>

\u00a0Therefore, he took out a card and wrote\u00a0
“Revelation 3:20” on the back of it and stuck it in the door.

\u00a0When the offering was processed the following Sunday,\u00a0
he found that his card had been returned.
\u00a0Added to it was this cryptic message, “Genesis 3:10.”

\u00a0Reaching for his Bible to check out the citation,\u00a0 he broke up in gales of laughter.<\/span><\/div>

\u00a0Revelation 3:20 begins “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me..”
Genesis 3:10 reads, “And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.”

In this joke, both the pastor and the parishioner used the same code book.\u00a0 Any book can be used as a code book so spies can communicate quickly.\u00a0 In this joke the pastor laughed when he read the code. This means he had memorized his code book. Memorizing can be a useful skill for a spy.<\/span>
